Dear friends and family,
After we had our little break out session at the beach, our tour alongside the costal highway took us to Valparaiso, where we learned about the German technology which the locals used many years ago to overcome the huge differences in height within their city. Today we would just call them cable cars. However, the view has certainly always been stunning, maybe less comercial in the earlier years.
