Dear friends,
I hope my lines find you well. While approaching the biggest Malaysian National Park, Taman Negara, we spend half a day on an Elephant rescue station that had been turned into a tourist attraction some years ago. We started out with all due respect, mantaining a secure distance from our big friends, before we got gradually closer and ended up on top for a ride. We were lucky because our guide had arranged for us to be the last ones to be escorted around and what that meant as a consequence I will tell you soon.
All the best,
Mat
